1. Rakuten (formerly known as Ebates)

Methods of cash back with Rakuten:

• Website - go to Rakuten.com and search for your store. Click on the store link and Rakuten will open it in a new window. Make sure you purchase in the same window.
• App - it's available for iPhone and Android. I enjoy this app because the store stays within the app, so you don't have to guess if you're making your purchase in the correct window or not.
• Web Browser extension button - download the extension on your browser. If you're on a website that's on Rakuten, you'll get an alert to activate the cash back feature.

2. Fetch Rewards

You can scan receipts using the Fetch app to get points to redeem gift cards at places like Amazon, Target, Sephora, GameStop, iTunes. You can give to charities too.

• Scan receipts and the app will match the offers you added to your profile.
• Link your store's loyalty rewards program through Ibotta. Each time you make a purchase, it'll automatically give you cash back. You won't have to scan your receipt.
• Shop through the app to purchase products.
• Pay with the Ibotta app - enter your checkout total and present the code to the cashier (it pays like a gift card). You can also pre-load a larger amount to spend over time.
